Visit the historic Manor House for any special event or wedding! This house was constructed as their summer home for John Charles and his family. After purchasing the first 2,660 acres in Ken Caryl Ranch, he and his wife named the property after their sons, Carrol and Kent. Frank Edbrooke, who was known for his work on Denver’s Brown Palace, designed the home, which featured 20 rooms and six baths. Its 80-foot living room had mirrored fireplaces.
Ken Caryl is also extremely close to the following communities: Arvada, Edgewater, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge. The close proximity to these other communities makes Ken Caryl a convenient place to live if you’re looking to stay in the foothills and close to Denver or Boulder.
