When Chris and Julie aren’t in the office, you can find them out on the trails with their three children and two rescue dogs — June the shepherd mix and August the retriever. They love to see the fall leaves at Guanella Pass every year, and visit Rocky Mountain National Park to watch the elk bugling. Chris and Julie also like taking scenic drives, exploring little towns along the way, in their decked-out Jeep Wrangler.

In addition to hiking, the Hartsfield family enjoys vacationing together, boating, fishing and paddleboarding. They’re even trying to help their dogs find their balance so they can paddleboard, too!

Music and concert lovers with an affinity for vinyl

One thing that makes the day better for both Julie and Chris is listening to music. The family’s come into a new passion that they believe helps bridge the generation gap — collecting records. Chris, Julie and their daughter Sophia love this because they get to share their favorite records with each other and listen to them together.

They’ve gone to tons of concerts, like Billy Joel, Jason Mraz and Train, at many local music venues, including: Red Rocks, Fiddlers Green, Coors Field and Boulder.

The Hartsfields also like scoping out the local food scene. A family-favorite near the office is Los Dos Potrillos, beloved for its amazing queso dip and chips and margaritas. When kicking back at home, Chris and sons Brodie and Alex love watching football together, while Julie and Sophia enjoy watching movies…both old and new. Now that you know a little bit about the Hartsfield family, we hope you’ll feel even more comfortable working together during your family’s home buying or selling journey.

CHRIS Hartsfield

Chris Hartsfield has been in the real estate business for close to two decades. In 2002, Chris purchased his first investment property in Fort Collins, CO, the home of Colorado State University where Chris received a business degree in financial accounting. In 2003, Chris decided to expand his real estate career beyond investment properties and became a realtor. He found his true passion in helping others purchase and sell homes.

Chris’ expertise includes working with a diverse client base such as new families purchasing their first home, sellers, buyers, and investors looking to flip homes for a profit or keep properties as rentals. He is also very knowledgeable in loan scenarios, credit situations, and many other ways to purchase a property for little to no money down. He enjoys working with everyone, from the experienced investor to the first-time homebuyer.

Not only is Christopher Hartsfield a financially minded real estate professional, but he is also a family-oriented guy with a good sense of humor. In 2007, Chris welcomed his third child. At the same time, his entrepreneurial spirit was born with the creation of the Daddy Diaper Changing Toolbox. The patented toolbox was featured on the Today Show and the Doctor’s TV show. It boasts a p00p poncho, tongs, and goggles for diaper changing. Chris sold the rights to the business in 2013 to focus solely on real estate and in helping others achieve their own dreams.

Julie Hartsfield

Julie Hartsfield has an extensive corporate business background which includes a master’s in International Business. Julie Hartsfield made the switch to be a full-time Realtor in 2017 she has several years and hours as an avid watcher of HG television shows such as House Hunters, Love it or list it, and Property Brothers. Along with that Julie has the support of being part of the Hartsfield Team with over two decades of experience with her husband Chris Hartsfield and son Alex. She is incredibly personable and loves her clients. Being a Mom to 3 kids she is laser-focused knowing great schools and neighborhoods.

 

Alex Hartsfield

Alex Hartsfield is the newest real estate agent at H&H Family Real Estate don’t let his youthful smile fool you he has hundreds of hours of experience showing homes and writing contracts for a wide array of clients. Along with that Alex has the support of being part of the Hartsfield Family with over two decades of experience with Julie & Chris Hartsfield.
